Could do Much Better on Material descriptions ie: Just 100% cotton in description is much much different from 100% cotton Guaze or cotton Terry Or cotton Knit. Sooo Surprise didn’t buy what I thought I was buying, can’t return. FYI: Buyers beware, Sellers Do Better!

My new concierge is very delightful young woman who seems quite knowledgeable about brands and real real preferences and operations. Products were as described and of good quality. Shipping was fast and well packaged. Communication was excellent- I was kept up to date every step of the process. Text service was good with no hassle as well as the returned merchandise process. The authentication on the item presented did not match the product that I received. Error by the company agreement, this client will be reimbursed the same of amount of payment plus the store credit offered to be used for the next purchase and no fees or stocking fee deduction. Yes, in general my experiences were good. Although the photos or descriptions could be improved upon. As the fabric. maybe cotton, as stated but it turned out to be corduroy.
Maybe bring down the shipping costs?

I love shopping the RR, my only complaints, your shipping is pretty expensive, $15 for a pair of sunglasses is a lot. Many times I’ve waited a week and a half for my purchase which is crazy considering shipping is pretty expensive.

There was a piece of gum, a hair elastic (with hair), a crushed pill and dirt in the interior of the bag...along with the inspection slip. Of 4 bags of purchased from y'all this has happened twice. The drink holder immediately detached because the snap attached to the holder itself is broken.

Easy to look at styles and sort by the condition you are willing to accept. I would say that the stuff on the straps of mine didn't warrant excellent condition but hopefully I can take it somewhere to be cleaned.

I have been customer for years. The only reason I can buy items that are not returnable is to rely on accurate descriptions of condition, materials, size and photos that are not photoshopped/ misleading. Here, the bag shown is a completely different color than the photo. I’d rather use a competitor if I can’t rely on customer service to correct mistakes.

" THE FAKE FAKE" purchased a Fendi and Prada bag online and I received counterfeits. The chain on the Fendi bag were a dead give away once I opened the package. I sent back for "re-authentication" and they wont refund me they told me I can only resell it. This company needs to be sued or taken down. Definitely taking advantage of people. With the $3500 dollars I spent, I could of went to china town or purchased one REAL bag from actual Fendi.
